UNICEF Foundation Day commemorates the establishment of one of the biggest humanitarian organisations in the world with a focus on underprivileged children. On 16th December 2023, we at 1Point1 decided to do our part and visit the Janaseva Samruddhi Orphanage.
Believing that “the smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intentions”, a group of 1Point1 volunteers donated some groceries to the NGO and spent priceless moments with the young children. We would especially like to thank the volunteers who helped make the donation possible.
As the day came to a close, the children’s smiles reminded us of the transformative power of simple acts of kindness. The day left an indelible impression on the volunteers who spent time with these children and provided them with both material and emotional nourishment.
