She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an overall experience of 26 years in the BPO/ITES industry. Ms. Sridevi carries a thorough experience in auditing various global standards like ISO, eSCM, and COPC across domains with two decades of expertise in strategic planning for Quality Assurance and continual improvement. She is a firm believer in patience, perseverance, and optimism, is passionate about topics like Leadership Mindset, Empowerment, and Customer Success, and has actively been part of forums on POSH.

Mr. Rajiv Desai joins us as a Global Delivery Head-BFSI, with over 15 years of experience in Customer Experience Management.

Over the course of his illustrious career, he has also overseen operations across BFSI and Domain services. He has continuously demonstrated skills in delivering client requirements and managing solution defense presentations.

A seasoned & dynamic Customer Service/BPO professional with over two and half decades of experience. He is a Hotel Management graduate with an MBA in Operations. He has worked in Hotels, Telecom, BPO-Onshore & Offshore and adapts to business needs with aplomb. His past organizations of note are Hilton Group of Hotels, Vodafone, GE, Sutherland, Teletech, Spice, and Tech Mahindra. His last assignment was with Concentrix leading a large Global ECOM account.

John is a seasoned global CX sales professional with an impressive track record of success and driven by passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With over 20 years of experience, he has honed his skills in deploying consultative sales techniques at the CXO level to penetrate markets and unravel lucrative business opportunities. John’s expertise lies in solutioning complex multi-geo BPO and contact center transformation initiatives, as well as driving digital transformations for organizations around the world.

His notable career trajectory boasts about closing $40M in sales in the first year of employment with American Cybersystems and Schlumberger and made the President’s club in two different Fortune 500 companies. Through his sales efforts as an individual contributor (American Cybersystems) , accomplished an annual revenue growth from $3M to over $160M in four years and have successfully launched three technology platforms into the US marketplace. His extensive international experience includes closing deals in countries such as the USA, UK, Philippines, Brazil, India, Mexico, and Canada. Drawing on his extensive experience, he has shared his expertise with numerous companies, guiding them toward success and driving business growth.

Karishma has been appointed as the National Head of Training and Learning & Development, boasting more than 15 years of professional experience in training. She is a lean six sigma black belt and author of two books.

Her responsibilities have encompassed ownership, strategic planning, and execution of training initiatives within the IT & ITES sectors. She has pioneered the establishment of comprehensive training frameworks for various organizations along with incorporating LMS and e-learnings, thus adopting a process dependent approach. Her expertise extends to the development of high-potential individuals, leadership development, and succession planning. Moreover, she has been accountable for client management and the attainment of service level agreements.

Col Vijay K Shad is a seasoned Logistics professional and is the National Head of Administration & Compliance at One Point One Solutions Ltd. With a distinguished military career spanning three decades in the Indian Army, he brings a wealth of expertise to his current role.

During his tenure in the Indian Army, Col Vijay K Shad commanded three logistic units and successfully formulated and implemented logistic policies and procedures for four new hubs of the Elite National Service Guard. He was on Deputation with,  All India Radio during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic as Deputy Director General (Administration), where he ensured smooth functioning despite nationwide lockdowns. His expertise in Management of men and materials coupled with his logistic and administrative skills further solidified his proficiency in devising effective strategies to address complex challenges.

Colonel Shad holds three master’s degrees, Masters in Def and Strategic studies from University of Madras, an MBA in Finance from the prestigious National Institute of Financial Management and an MBA in Marketing from Kurukshetra University. These academic achievements, coupled with his extensive and diverse professional background, enable him to approach problem-solving with a unique blend of creativity and expertise.

Abhijeet is a highly experienced and dedicated professional who has been an integral part of the organization for over 20 years. He has contributed significantly to the company’s growth and is fondly named as the people man of the organization. He has been an active part of the company and the management team while leading new initiatives throughout and has played a key role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of the clients. He is currently leading the Banking and Financial vertical in the capacity of Vice President and his key responsibility is to drive operational excellence, improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Vikas Talikoti comes with varied experience of 20+ years in the Customer Service industry. He has held key leadership roles in reputed organizations like Firstsource Solutions, Minacs, Concentrix, HGS, Access Healthcare & currently leading our Insurance & Customer Service vertical based out of Navi Mumbai, in the capacity of Vice President of Operations. Vikas also holds a coveted Six Sigma Certificate where his strength has been in identifying the root causes of any issue & resolving them once and for all. This has helped to take the customer experience to the next level with a healthy P&L account. He has been instrumental in bringing the six sigma culture in domestic dynamics with overwhelming results. He has been the true change agent, who firmly believes Change is the only constant.
