On 24th January 2024, 1Point1 observed National Girl Child Day in collaboration with the Dream Girl Foundation. 15 girls from the foundation were invited to 1Point1’s office as part of this initiative, where they spent the day with the staff and participated in many enriching activities.
These young girls participated in educational activities, mentorship sessions, and discussions throughout the day, and they were introduced to 1Point1’s professional environment through this visit. The goal of the entire experience was to strengthen these young girls’ hopes, dreams, and aspirations. It was also an opportunity to recognise their potential, encourage self-assurance, and present young girls with a range of career options.
The whole day exemplified 1Point1’s unwavering dedication to closing the gender gap. It also was an effort to strengthen our resolve to advance equality and boost young girls’ hopes for a better future.
