For Q3 FY2024–25, the company reported total income of ₹70.40 crore, representing a sharp year-on-year growth of 67.18% compared to ₹42.11 crore in Q3 FY2023–24. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹20.51 crore, an increase of 36.01% year-on-year, with a healthy EBITDA margin of 29.13%. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹8.43 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 41.21%, while Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter was reported at ₹0.33.
The strong performance was driven by steady client additions, increased scale of operations, and continued focus on cost optimization and process efficiency. During the quarter, One Point One Solutions successfully onboarded three renowned new clients and secured a major contract with one of India’s leading banks, further strengthening its position in the BFSI sector.
The company also continued to advance its inorganic growth strategy and is exploring potential acquisitions in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. It has signed non-binding term sheets with three potential target companies, aligning with its long-term strategy to expand global capabilities and service offerings.
