The proposed transaction is subject to the successful completion of legal and financial due diligence, along with customary regulatory approvals.
This proposed acquisition represents a strategic step in One Point One Solutions’ expansion plan to strengthen its global healthcare BPM capabilities and broaden its international delivery footprint. The target company brings deep domain expertise in healthcare RCM, supported by a seasoned leadership team and professionals with decades of combined industry experience.
Through this acquisition, One Point One Solutions aims to integrate advanced digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent automation, to enhance operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and drive innovation in healthcare service delivery. The combined entity is expected to offer end-to-end, technology-enabled RCM solutions to healthcare providers across geographies.
