One Point One Solutions Limited (NSE: ONEPOINT), a publicly listed leader in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital transformation services, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in TECHSCIENT.AI Private Limited, a next-generation AI-powered no-code automation company specializing in autonomous software engineering. The acquisition has been executed through a Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement (SSPA) and is subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in One Point One Solutions’ journey toward AI-first BPM transformation. By integrating TECHSCIENT.AI’s advanced autonomous AI and no-code automation capabilities into its service framework, 1Point1 aims to strengthen its ability to deliver scalable, intelligent, and technology-led solutions to enterprises across sectors.

The combined teams will also collaborate to co-develop industry-specific, AI-driven solutions for digital-first enterprises. The transaction is expected to be completed by September 30, 2025.
