Mumbai, India, 22 February 2024: One Point One Solutions Limited (NSE: ONEPOINT), a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and technology-led services, announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 100% equity stake in ITCube Solutions Private Limited (ITCube) for a cash consideration of ₹84.00 crore, subject to customary terms and conditions. The acquisition has been executed through a Share Purchase Agreement and will be completed in one or more tranches

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in One Point One Solutions’ growth journey, strengthening its end-to-end digital transformation, IT services, and IT-enabled services (ITES) capabilities. The transaction will enable One Point One Solutions to consolidate ITCube’s operations and deepen its presence across global markets, particularly in the United States and other international geographies.
Founded in 2003, ITCube is a premier global provider of IT services, software development, and business process outsourcing. The company serves over 30 leading brands across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, delivering solutions across industries such as healthcare, oil & gas, construction, petrochemicals, and e-commerce. ITCube reported consolidated revenues of approximately ₹53.57 crore with an EBITDA of ₹12.15 crore for FY2022–23, reflecting its strong operational foundation.
The acquisition is expected to generate meaningful synergies by combining One Point One Solutions’ BPM scale and domain expertise with ITCube’s strong technology stack, digital platforms, and enterprise IT capabilities. Together, the two companies aim to offer a more comprehensive portfolio encompassing BPM, IT services, digital transformation, and analytics, enabling clients to achieve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Commenting on the development, the management of One Point One Solutions noted that the acquisition represents a transformative step that broadens service verticals, enhances global delivery capabilities, and accelerates long-term growth, particularly in international markets.
The transaction is expected to be completed by April 1, 2026, subject to fulfillment of agreed conditions.
