She leads risk-based thinking: proactively identifying information security risks (threats, vulnerabilities, potential impacts), and designing appropriate controls- protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client and employee data. In this critical role, she is responsible for ensuring that best practices are seamlessly translated from the design phase into daily operations. With a career spanning over 28 years in the BPO and ITES industries, Sridevi brings a depth of experience in auditing global programs and leading large-scale Quality Assurance initiatives. She is a seasoned leader known for her ability to guide teams through continuous improvement cycles using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
