Throughout his career, Robert has held senior sales and business development leadership positions at some of the world's leading customer experience and BPO organizations, including Startek, Atento and Tech Mahindra. In these roles, he worked closely with companies across retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, technology, financial services, healthcare, gaming, and travel, helping them design and implement strategies for customer experience, digital transformation and operational improvement.
