Rajiv Desai
Rajiv Desai is the Co-Founder of ResolX, the AI-first resolution brand of 1Point1 Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of 1Point1 Solutions. He is responsible for driving the company’s vision of building next-generation AI-led enterprise platforms focused on Resolution as a Service (RaaS), enabling organisations to transform customer experience operations through intelligent orchestration, automation and real-time operational intelligence.
With close to two decades of experience across customer experience management, enterprise operations, BFSI delivery and large-scale transformation programs, Rajiv brings deep expertise in designing operational ecosystems that combine technology, intelligence, and execution at scale. His leadership focuses on bridging the gap between enterprise workflows and AI-native operational models that deliver measurable business outcomes in high-volume enterprise environments.
Rajiv holds a strong academic foundation in Computer Engineering, complemented by an MBA in Finance, enabling him to bridge deep technology expertise with a strong understanding of business economics and enterprise value creation. His approach goes beyond solving operational and customer experience challenges, focusing equally on improving the unit economics of customer engagement at scale.
