Nitin Mahajan serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the India business at 1Point1 Solutions. In this capacity, he holds the mandate to lead the region’s overall business operations, aligning sales strategies with service delivery to drive sustainable growth and client value. With a distinguished career spanning 28 years, Mr. Mahajan is a seasoned leader known for combining strategic vision with deep execution capabilities, particularly in the realms of business excellence and customer lifecycle management.

Mr. Mahajan brings a unique blend of cross-industry expertise, having held senior leadership positions across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Telecom, and Consulting sectors. His approach centers on the convergence of business and technology—leveraging digital tools to simplify complex customer journeys and optimize costs. He has a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects and building high-performing, cross-functional teams that turn long-term strategic plans into measurable operational results.

As CEO of the India division, Mr. Mahajan’s leadership focuses on several key strategic areas:

  • Digital Transformation & Strategy: He drives the implementation of technology-enabled service models and digital implementations that enhance process efficiency and modernize the customer experience.

  • Business Growth & Sales Effectiveness: He is responsible for accelerating growth through strategic cross-selling, retention strategies, and the expansion of the company’s footprint within key domestic verticals.

  • Operational Excellence: Drawing on his background in process re-engineering and risk management, he oversees large-scale service delivery, ensuring that operations remain agile and compliant with regulatory standards.

  • Customer Advocacy: He champions a "proactive-first" approach, redesigning customer journeys to improve satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Prior to joining 1Point1 Solutions, Mr. Mahajan served as Managing Partner at Lighthouse Solution Partners, where he collaborated with Fintech and Edutech firms to accelerate digital maturity. His corporate tenure includes serving as President at YES BANK, where he led digital transformations across retail and SME segments, and as a Director at Deloitte, where he drove banking transformation projects across multiple geographies. Earlier in his career, he held significant roles at GE Capital (SBI Cards), Bharti Airtel, and Tata Teleservices, where he established foundational customer experience frameworks.
