Fernando Murillo Porras is the Founder and Managing Director of Netcom Business Contact Center, now part of 1Point1 Solutions. He brings extensive experience in building and scaling customer experience and business process management operations across Central and Latin America, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services sector.
He founded Netcom BCC with a vision to create a high-performance, nearshore delivery platform rooted in operational rigor, domain expertise, and a people-first culture. Under his leadership, the organization developed deep capabilities across collections, customer onboarding, KYC, fraud monitoring, and other compliance-driven processes, serving clients in highly regulated environments.
Following the acquisition of Netcom BCC by 1Point1 Solutions, Fernando continues to play a key role in strengthening the company’s global delivery network and expanding its presence across Central and Latin America. His leadership supports 1Point1’s multi-shore strategy, enabling scalable, bilingual, and regulatory-aligned customer experience solutions.
