Brinda Roshan serves as the National Head of Training at 1Point1 Solutions, where she steers the organization’s Training Delivery and Learning and Development (L&D) strategy across PAN India delivery centers. With over 24 years of specialized experience in the ITES and BPO sectors, Brinda is responsible for architecting training frameworks that bridge the gap between human potential and complex business requirements. She leads a cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring that the workforce is not only technically proficient but also aligned with the company’s customer-centric service philosophy.

Brinda is a strong advocate for viewing learning as a continuous, strategic lever for business growth rather than a one-time event. Her approach integrates global quality standards—including TQM, COPC, and Six Sigma principles—into the training lifecycle, ensuring that new hires are "production-ready" faster, have higher accuracy and skill. She specializes in managing large-scale knowledge transfers and process transitions, critical for the company’s expanding client portfolio in the BFSI and all Non BFSI Sectors.

In her capacity as the National Head of Training, Brinda’s leadership covers several key strategic pillars:

  • L&D Strategy & Design: She designs and implements tech-enabled learning strategies that align strictly with client business objectives, ensuring training directly contributes to operational ROI.

  • Quality Frameworks for Training: She establishes rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the training function to maintain consistency in service and  delivery quality.

  • Knowledge Transfer & Transitions: She leads the training components of critical process migrations, ensuring seamless knowledge retention and operational continuity during complex client transitions.

  • Compliance & Governance: She ensures that all learning initiatives adhere to internal governance standards and regulatory compliance, particularly for sensitive sectors like banking and finance.

Prior to joining 1Point1 Solutions, Brinda held various senior leadership roles in Training, LND and Quality where she managed workforce development for thousands of employees for International and Domestic Clientele. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Sales and Marketing from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) and brings a deep understanding of employee life cycle management and cross functional collaborations into Training.
