On 29th February 2024, a group of 1Point1 volunteers visited the New Hope New Life Children’s Home in Perumbakkam, Chennai. The goal of the visit was to help shape the future of children from lower socio-economic sections and bridge the digital divide through the donation of computer systems.
The volunteers’ goal was not only to provide technology to the children but also to introduce them to a world full of exciting opportunities and knowledge. This initiative marked another stride for 1Point1 in its mission to foster a digitally inclusive society. We firmly believe that every child should have access to basic digital mediums that allow them to improve their skills and grow.
