By implementing a unified platform across all manufacturing locations, 1Point1 enabled complete digitization of finance and operations, giving teams a 360-degree overview of databases and processes through one centralized web application, improving visibility and employee productivity.
To eliminate delays and accounting mismatches, 1Point1 implemented a digitized finance framework including a double-entry accounting system with live ledger verification, dashboards and accounting validation reports, and a background processing architecture built for heavy calculations.
The solution also enabled invoice generation once services are received (for Farmers, Transporters, and Harvesters), bill generation for loans issued to stakeholders, automatic loan recovery through invoice adjustments, and a payment processing portal with automated financial entries and transaction records. The platform streamlined operations through a custom-built system instead of a costly ERP, significantly improved financial accuracy by reducing errors by 99.99%, accelerated stakeholder registration (plantation/farmer/vendor), strengthened security through authentication and role-based authorization, and delivered strong dashboards for KPI tracking and operational reporting, helping plants run with tighter control, faster execution, and consistency at scale.
